What is your return policy?
If an item arrives with any kind of damage, you are absolutely eligible for either a refund or a prioritized reshipment of a replacement! Send me a photo at email@example.com and I will get it resolved stat!
However, in most cases, refunds will not be issued for problems related to sizing. I work with a print-to-order company to ensure there is no waste, but that means that I don't have a backlog of inventory to swap out products. Luckily, there is a sizing guide included on every item's page!
Will my t-shirt shrink in the wash?
Nope, they are pre-shrunk! If you're between size, I'd recommend sizing up for a comfy fit! A tighter fit can sometimes distort the graphics.
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipped order email including a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, it's still in the fulfillment stage. If an inordinate amount of time has passed, please email me and I'll help you resolve any issue with your order!
Why is my order delayed?
The printing company I work with has experienced significant delays in both production and shipment due to COVID-19. This is especially true for customers in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. For more information on shipping estimates and updates related to the delays, please check out this page!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Usually! At the moment, Australia and New Zealand have closed their borders, so while I can still sell products, it may take months for products to arrive. I am currently working on finding a printer within Australia to reduce wait times!
