Do you ship internationally?
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives with any kind of damage, you are absolutely eligible for either a refund or a prioritized reshipment of a replacement! Send me a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get it resolved stat!
However, in most cases, refunds will not be issued for problems related to sizing. I work with a print-to-order company to ensure there is no waste, but that means that I don't have a backlog of inventory to swap out products. Luckily, there is a sizing guide included on every item's page!
Will my t-shirt shrink in the wash?
Nope, they are pre-shrunk! If you're between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up for a comfy fit! A tighter fit can sometimes distort the graphics.
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipped order email including a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, it's still in the fulfillment stage. If an inordinate amount of time has passed, please email me and I'll help you resolve any issue with your order!
Why is my order delayed?
Shipping worldwide has been slower in the last few months due to COVID-19 restrictions, but it should be back up to speed now! For more information on shipping estimates, updates, and how long your order should take, please check out this page.
What is your monthly donation policy?
For the duration of each zodiac season, I donate 10% of the sales of the corresponding Icons shirt to a rotating charity.
Could you offer expanded sizing?
If your shirt size isn't available on here, email me or slide into my DMs and we can figure something out to print on another shirt.
